The Hagenberg Animation Jam
The Hagenberg Animation Jam is an annual race to create a short animation, made by students of FH Hagenberg for students of FH Hagenberg.
Participants have 36 hours to produce an animated film based on a topic that will be announced the day before the Jam begins. During the event, our team looks after the participants by providing drinks, coffee, food, and more.
Some time after the event, the results of the Jam will be screened at FH Hagenberg during our Award Ceremony. The prizes include "Best Animation," "Best Sound," "Best Composition," "Best Storytelling," "Best Shitpost," and "Best Experimental Animation." The Award Ceremony will also be live-streamed on our YouTube channel. After all works have been shown, there will be an audience vote to determine which animations receive which prizes.
If you have any questions or are interested in the Event in general, you can get the latest news regarding the Jam on our Discord.
